Mat Classes
-
Most of our yoga classes are simply called Yoga.
Expect breath-led movement, thoughtful sequencing and time to come back to yourself. Some classes may feel more flowing, some stronger, others slower or more grounding, depending on who is teaching.
Our teachers each bring their own experience, energy and way of holding a class, so we encourage you to try a few, read their bios and find the ones that resonate with you.
All yoga classes are open to all levels. Beginners are always welcome.
-
A focused, low-impact class designed to build strength, stability and control. Expect precise movement, steady guidance and attention to posture, alignment and the smaller supporting muscles. Open to all levels.
-
An uplifting, low-impact class blending Pilates, ballet-inspired movement and strength work.
Expect small, focused movements, steady holds and a satisfying full-body burn, guided with care and attention to alignment. It is strong without being aggressive, energising without feeling frantic.
A class to leave you feeling lifted, steady and connected.
-
A still, floor-based practice with longer-held postures and plenty of space to listen.
Yin works slowly, inviting softness, patience and a deeper release through the body. Expect supported shapes, quiet breathing and time to settle into stillness.
A grounding practice for releasing tension, supporting flexibility and calming the mind.
-
A quiet, deeply restful practice for slowing down.
Using props, gentle support and longer-held shapes, Restorative invites the body to soften and the nervous system to settle. Space to rest, breathe and be held by the practice.
A good class for anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed, tender or in need of a softer place to land.
Reformer Classes
-
Our all-levels reformer class, designed to build strength, stability and confidence using the spring-loaded resistance of the reformer.
Each teacher brings their own energy, experience and way of teaching, so some classes may feel more dynamic, others slower, steadier or more detailed.
You’ll be guided with care, with options offered throughout so you can work at the right level for your body. Supportive enough for beginners, with layers for those wanting more challenge.
