The Restorative Place Limited Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a package, subscription or membership at The Restorative Place, you agree to these terms and conditions.

For the purpose of these terms, “The Restorative Place” refers to The Restorative Place Limited, trading as The Restorative Place.

Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.

Class places are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

You can change or cancel your class booking up to 12 hours before the start of class without penalty.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are considered a late cancellation.

Drop-in and class pack customers who cancel within 12 hours of class, will lose their class credit/payment. And, if you do not attend a booked class, you will also be charged a £10 late cancellation / no-show fee.

Members who cancel within 12 hours of class, or do not attend a booked class, will be charged a £10 late cancellation / no-show fee.

Free opening classes are free to attend, but require card details to secure your place. If you cancel within 12 hours of class, or do not attend, you will be charged a £10 late cancellation / no-show fee.

Packages and class credits

Packages and class credits are valid for the period stated at purchase.

Unused credits cannot be refunded, extended, transferred or exchanged for cash unless agreed by The Restorative Place Limited.

Packages and class credits are for the named customer only and cannot be shared.

Memberships

Memberships renew monthly and payment will be taken automatically from the card saved to your account.

All memberships have a three-month minimum commitment. After the minimum commitment has passed, memberships can be cancelled with one month’s written notice by email to hello@therestorativeplace.com.

Memberships are for the named member only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Where a membership has a separate membership agreement attached, that agreement also applies.

Waiver

All customers must complete and agree to our customer waiver before attending class.

By attending class, you confirm that you are responsible for practising in a way that is appropriate for your own body, health, experience and needs.

Studio changes and cancellations

The Restorative Place Limited reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the timetable, teachers, class types and opening hours.

The Restorative Place Limited may cancel a class, course, workshop or event in exceptional circumstances, or if there are insufficient numbers booked for it to run.

If we cancel a class you are booked into, your class credit will be returned to your account where applicable.

Agreement

By purchasing a drop-in, a package, subscription or membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
