-
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to support a range of experience levels, and our teachers will guide you through the practice with care. You don’t need to be flexible, strong or experienced to begin.
-
Yes. We have a strict no late entry policy. If you are 1 minute late you won’t be allowed in.
Please arrive in good time for your class. For the safety of everyone in the room, and to avoid disrupting the class once it has begun, late entry will not be possible.
-
Just yourself and something comfortable to move in. Mats and props are provided for all yoga, Pilates and barre classes.
For reformer classes, grip socks are required. Please bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
-
Yes. Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and other props are provided for all studio classes, so you don’t need to bring your own unless you prefer to.
We use Manduka ProLite mats in our mat studio. As they’re new, they may feel a little slippery to begin with, so you’re welcome to bring a small towel for extra grip during practice.
-
We have toilets and space to change, but no showers. We recommend arriving ready for class where possible.
-
Yes. Please book online before coming to the studio, as all classes need to be booked in advance.
Our studio has limited capacity, so booking ahead helps secure your space and allows each class to feel calm, personal and thoughtfully held.
-
Most of our classes are open-level and designed to support a range of experience, so you can choose the practice, time or teacher that feels right for you.
Each teacher brings their own style and approach, so we recommend reading our class descriptions and teacher bios to find the best fit.
